Burger King App Diversity Project

The team created and presented a campaign that aims to change consumers’ poor perception of Burger King’s core element-the Crown, and utilized it to introduce the global menu in the US only in-app which aimed to increase downloads by 10%, reaching 6.8 million users. By analyzing data provided by Burger King and survey data collected by the team, we identified an opportunity to promote the global menu on the app to engage with the target audience.
